All orders placed through the PlayBetter's Garmin Golf Showcase are fulfilled by PlayBetter. Our team handles all order processing, shipping, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience from purchase through delivery.

Shipping

We offer Free Ground Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are shipped using a combination of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size, destination, and contents of your shipment. All orders include tracking information.

Processing Times

• Golf launch monitors and most in-stock accessories: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day.

• Studio packages, mats, enclosures: Most studio packages ship within 1–2 business days.

• Some products may require additional processing time or ship from a separate warehouse. Any product-specific shipping estimates will be clearly displayed on the product page.

If expedited delivery is available for your order, Next Day Shipping options will be presented during checkout.

Delivery

PlayBetter is committed to shipping every order within the timeframe promised at checkout using the selected shipping method. While we cannot guarantee carrier transit times or delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier, our team will always work with you to resolve any shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

For the security of our customers, PlayBetter reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for any shipment.
