- You will receive an email to schedule your studio setup date. After purchase, keep an eye out for an email from PlayBetter with scheduling details.
- Choose the right studio size to avoid delays and extra fees. This helps the installation team arrive prepared with the right installation plan and avoids additional fees.
- Installation includes only your studio package (with projector). The team will assemble and install the studio enclosure, screen, turf and frame-mounted projector. Projector can be mounted on the ceiling for an extra fee (handled directly via the installation team).
- Launch monitor setup is simple and not included. Your Approach® R50 or Approach® R10 from Garmin will be left boxed on the hitting mat so you can complete the quick setup yourself.

Space Requirements
The enclosure dimensions matter, but so does what is around it. Your ceiling height needs to accommodate not just the frame itself, but your full swing at the top of your backswing. Before you commit to a spot, take a few practice swings in the exact area you have in mind.

What does the installation service include?
A trained professional comes to your home and sets up your studio in the room of your choice. They connect your launch monitor to the studio, sync it with your projector, and check that every setting is correct before they leave. Once the system is running, they organize all the cables neatly and clear away the packaging so your space looks clean and ready to use.
How long does the installation take?
Most installations are finished in under an hour once the technician arrives. Downloading the required software ahead of time helps things move even faster, since the visit can focus entirely on setup instead of prep work.
What isn't covered by the standard installation?
This service covers the studio itself, but not the surrounding home theater setup, connecting audio components, audio component hookups, TV mounting, network configuration, and concealed wiring. If you want extras like voice control, smart light integration, or custom wiring, those can be added on separately.
When should I schedule my installation appointment?
You don't need to reach out right away. After you purchase, you'll get a scheduling link by email. Just wait until your studio physically arrives, then pick a time that fits your schedule.
Can I cancel or get a refund after the installation is finished?
Once the technician completes the setup, the service is considered final and cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule before your appointment, contact support as soon as you can so they can find a new time that works for you.
